Demand by the catering and restaurant industry created this GT-700CH tandoor which is also available with a Gas Kit for some countries under model GT-700DS. The largest ongoing tandoor was the drum tandoor but large caterers and takeaway restaurants plus banquets with large servings wanted a larger tandoor with a 15 inch mouth but in round shape.
Keeping the same easy working design concept of the tandoor and utilizing 16 Gauge stainless steel with 10 Gauge thick stainless steel handles in the chassis making it stronger to handle the movement of the tandoor. These handles are directly embedded in the tandoor chassis and not bolted so can handle the lift and lock requirements.
No Paint on the top and an overall clean stainless steel body ensures that its easy to maintain ensuring the tandoor delivers while keeping its beauty.
Fulfills the requirement of Naan Breads and Skewers from the same tandoor. This new stainless-steel model is easy to carry and move around with 4 wheels (2 with brakes)

*READY TO USE – GOLDEN TANDOORS are half done i.e., fired to a set point in controlled heat before they are packed. This ensures that the tandoor clay pot is almost ready to use from the time you have it. No more waiting for days to cure the tandoor oven or use oil or spinach etc. for preparation. Though we cannot hold the chef’s that want to use oil etc. for pre-preparation of the tandoor as we believe they know best, but we only advise a few hours of slow heat to each tandoor before running the tandoor unit on full heat for cooking. Saline water treatment depending on your usage is all that is required on these heavy clay pots in use in full running conditions making breads all day long every day. Read first firing instructions in the user and safety manual supplied with each tandoor.
